PAYMENT IS CURRENTLY ONLY ACCEPTED ONLINE BY CARD - EITHER THROUGH THE LINK WHICH WILL BE INVOICED AFTER THE AUCTION, OR VIA OUR WEBSITE www.keysauctions.co.uk.

Please remember that uncollected lots or part-lots will be disposed of or placed into storage and a charge may be payable under our terms and conditions, unless a valid collection appointment is in place.

VIEWING: Under current UK CoVid laws we are not permitted to allow open public viewing.

Please note that all visitors will be expected to abide by our Covid precautions, and that numbers of people viewing at the same time is limited so there may be a wait. 

DESCRIPTIONS & PHOTOS for our general / weekly sale listings are provided for lot identification purposes only, and buyers will be assumed to have either viewed or made their own enquiries prior to bidding. All lots are sold absolutely as seen and found.

Condition reports are available on request – please email your requirements. These MUST be sent by the end of the Friday prior to sale to guarantee a reply

PAYMENT

Payment is due on the day of sale, any invoices remaining unpaid at 5pm on day after the auction may be charged directly to the bidder's regiestered card. Payment should be made via online card payment (link will be supplied with invoice at the end of the auction).

Remedies for non-payment are set out in our conditions of sale, please note that for any account remaining unpaid after the auction the Auctioneers reserve the right to take payment from registered Card Details, and to add administrative charges and interest as set out in the full conditions of sale.

DELIVERY & PACKING/POSTAGE

Keys operates it’s own competitively priced internal packing and postage service for most items purchased within the UK. Packing must be requested after purchase and paid via our website, and should be requested AFTER settlement of buyers’ auction purchase invoices.

Alternatively, we can recommend Mailboxes or Jentel for no-contact delivery throughout the UK and internationally.

For larger lots, we now offer a local no-contact delivery service, with fixed-price “per lot” delivery by our couriers within a twenty mile radius, currently charged at £20 per lot. Our delivery contractors are happy to quote for delivery further afield.

Please note we cannot currently provide quotations other than our fixed-price services prior to purchase.

COLLECTION

Details of collection times are shown above COLLECTION SHOULD BE MADE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE ON TUESDAY FOLLOWING SALE.. Any lots remaining uncollected at the end of sale week may be resold.

Buyer`s Premium 20% + VAT on all lots
