• • Collection in Person: Keys is open for collection of purchased lots on the day of the auction (during the sale) and on thenext working day after the auction.
    NB Collections after that time require an advance appointment, and MUST BE MADE WITHIN THE COLLECTION TIMES ADVISED FOR EACH SALE (unless by arrangement) or handling and storage charges will apply

   

  • Postage & Packing: Keys operates a packing and postage service where possible for lots purchased from our fine art and antiques auctions with a purchase price of under £250. To request that postage should be added to your invoice, you may email us and we will undertake to send out your item within fourteen days of request. Most items are sent by Parcel Force fully-tracked 48 hour service (unless suitable for sending by Special Delivery), we undertake to post items within ten days of receiving request. We would like to remind all our customers that whilst we make every effort to pack suitably, we can in no way take responsibility for the safe arrival of goods and take no liability for damage in transit.
