ONLINE & ABSENTEE BIDDING
Remote online bidding is provided via keysauctions.co.uk and the-saleroom.co.uk as a service to buyers, and does not detract from the Terms & Conditions of Sale; please note that lots purchased online are subject to the same payment, collection, and selling conditions as lots purchased in the room. All online purchasers are deemed to have ensured suitability of lots prior to bidding.

VIEWING: 
Viewing is recommended for all potential bidders, this sale may be viewed on the preceding Saturday 9am-12noon, and on sale day from 9am. All bidders will be assumed to have viewed and satisfied themselves as to suitability and condition of items prior to bidding, and that all descriptions and photographs for our weekly sale listings are provided for lot identification purposes only. All lots are sold absolutely as seen and found.

Condition reports are available on request – please email your requirements. These MUST be sent by the end of the Friday prior to sale to guarantee a reply

PAYMENT
Payment is due on the day of sale, any invoices remaining unpaid at 5pm on day after the auction may be charged directly to the bidder's registered card. Payment should be made via cash (on sale day only) or by online card payment (link will be supplied with invoice at the end of the auction).

Remedies for non-payment are set out in our conditions of sale, please note that for any account remaining unpaid after the auction the Auctioneers reserve the right to take payment from registered Card Details, and to add administrative charges and interest as set out in the full conditions of sale.

COLLECTION
All lots are due for collection by the end of the day after sale, unless by arrangement with our office; if you unable to attend during that time, you will need a prior appointment when you do collect. The auctioneers specifically disclaim any responsibility for security or condition of any lots not collected within that time. Any lots remaining uncollected at the end of sale week may be deemed abandoned and resold, or placed into storage and charged accordingly.
