Bidding
This is a live auction; you may bid in person in the room, by live online bidding (via either the-saleroom.com or keysauctions.co.uk), by leaving a pre-sale absentee bid (either in person or via our website), or you may book a telephone line (subject to availability).

Viewing
Ww are open for public viewing on the day prior to sale 10am-3pm

Condition Reports
We are happy to offer an opinion as to condition of lots prior to sale, and recommend that absentee bidders take advantage of this service as all lots are sold absolutely as seen and found.
Please ensure requests for condition reports and/or additional photographs are submitted two working days prior to the sale; due to the large quantity of requests we receive we cannot guarantee they will be completed after this time.

Buyers Premium
All lots in this sale will attract a Buyer’s Premium of 25% plus VAT at the standard rate.

Online Bidding Charges
Lots purchased online via the-saleroom.com will attract an online bidding charge of 4.95% plus VAT. This is reduced to 3.95% for buyers on our website keysauctions.co.uk.

Payment for Purchased Lots
An invoice will be sent to all buyers by email following the auction. Payment may be made online or in person by debit card, via the link on that invoice. We also accept direct bank transfers (account details provided on invoice), and cash on sale days. Please note that we do not accept card payments by telephone.

Please note that payment for this sale is due strictly within 48 hours of sale, any invoices outstanding after seven days will be subject to administrative charges and interest in accordance with our current terms. Uncollected lots will also attract additional charges for storage. Any lots remaining uncollected after seven days will attract storage and handling charges.

We reserve the right to take payment from registered credit/debit card for any invoices which remain outstanding after seven days.

Collection and Delivery
Collection in person is available on the day of sale until 4pm, and from 10am-2pm on the Monday after the sale, after that time strictly by prior appointment only.

Postage and Packing
We are able to post small, non-fragile items by post on request for an extra charge; for larger and fragile items, we are happy to recommend couriers on request.

• Clocks, Watches & Mechanical Items
  Please note that all clocks, watches and mechanical items are sold on behalf of vendors by Keys strictly on an “as found” basis. No guarantee or warranty is issued or given in anyway, either written or verbal and therefore refunds will not be issued on the basis of any item not being “in working order”, “incomplete”, or “not in original condition”.
• Descriptions
  Please see our full conditions of sale for details of limitations on catalogue descriptions; whilst these are always given in good faith, it is the buyer’s responsibility to satisfy themselves as to suitability of a particular lot prior to purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, Keys auctions are exempt from the sale of goods distance selling regulations.
